Performances at scholastic festivals and competitions are some of the most memorable and moving pieces of art. In this class, students will learn how to craft a masterful set for any given competition, and will break down the different elements that compose a performance such as arrangement, choreography, costumes, thematic decisions, and more. We will look at how to take a round prompt and think outside the box to create truly incredible art that connects with an audience.

Christine Sack

Christine is a performer and director, and former artistic director of UCF’s Voicebox. She’s been crowned “the Queen” at BOSS 2018. She also works in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter as a witch. So she’s like a singing witch queen, if that makes sense.
